As an agile expert, the successful candidate will work as a consultant directly at the client location, ensuring all original job requirements are fully met under our consultancy model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide agile acculturation at a large scale for multi-site teams.
• Implement and refine ceremonies to enhance team performance and project outcomes.
• Measure and assess team velocity and the value provided to the client.
• Work closely with the client while bringing your expertise in Scrum/SAFe and team coaching as a Keystone Solutions consultant.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in Scrum/SAFe methodologies and coaching multi-site teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive value-based outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a confirmed to senior level of experience.
• Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in French or Dutch is beneficial.

This is a consultancy mission delivered through Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be embedded within our client's multi-site environment in Belgium to lead and elevate agile ways of working at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive agile acculturation at scale across the client's organization as a Keystone Solutions consultant.
• Coach and support multi-disciplinary, multi-site teams to mature agile practices.
• Establish, refine, and reinforce agile ceremonies (planning, daily, review, retrospective, PI/ART events where applicable).
• Measure and visualize velocity and value delivery to inform value-driven steering and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate alignment on objectives and ensure transparency of progress, risks, and impediments.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Scrum and SAFe expertise.
• Proven coaching of multi-site teams.
• Value-driven steering (pilotage par la valeur).
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Seniority: experienced to senior.

Language Requirements:

• English required.
• French and/or Dutch are useful.
