Business Experience – Mandatory

• Business expertise in cards transactions (products, processes, etc.)

• Knowledge of the cards industry, especially in Belgium (players, trends, etc.)

• Ability to understand and communicate on complex business topics and their link with IT

• Experience as a Business Analyst in a cards environment

Business Experience – Preferable

• Experience in project management and/or as Product Owner in a cards business

• Experience with Agile methodology
