Participate in various ongoing and new HR projects Support the HR Country Head and HR Business Partner Operations in the recruitment process (post, screening, interview, follow-up) Follow-up of the local strategy on employee engagement, as well as the implementation of new initiatives Support and participate in employee development by ensuring the deployment of the training plan, seeking out the right training for the employees and/or setting up new in-house training courses Contribute to internal HR communications Support the team in various administrative tasks (time management, creation of contracts and/or amendments, payroll tasks) Be assigned to a specific project, depending on business priorities and personal interests Supportive environment where individuals are empowered to progress and contribute to meaningful change.
