Project Strategist

We are seeking a Product Visionary to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of client projects by applying Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with Scrum Masters: Work together to plan and manage Sprints, ensuring timely completion of tasks and smooth workflow.
2. Product Backlog Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive backlog, prioritizing elements and goals to maximize product value.
3. Team Coordination: Facilitate communication among team members, maintaining transparency and order in the backlog.
4. User Story Development: Craft user stories that meet business requirements, driving efficient work processes.
5. Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve team performance, fostering a culture of excellence.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Product Owner.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Fluency in English (bonus: proficiency in French or Dutch).
