Deminor NXT and dups are on the lookout for a Corporate Finance Expert with at least 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Gent. Are you a financial professional, with at least 5 years of experience, ready to join our dynamic deminor NXT and dups team in Ghent?


Key Responsibilities

  • You will be part of our financial team in charge and perform assignments for shareholders, directors, investors and entrepreneurs.
  • You will develop and use your fields of expertise, i.e. M&A transactions, funding rounds, valuations, preparing financial analysis and dashboards, business plan review, building up cash-flow models, fairness opinions, market research, etc. And you will draft and review business plans, information memoranda and valuation reports for startup clients.
  • You will build financial models and carry out financial analyses of corporate accounts, sector or industries.
  • Participate in client meetings, negotiations and assist clients at board and shareholders meetings.
  • You will be actively involved in acquiring new clients, attending marketing events and contributing to deminor NXT and dups publications and newsletters.


Your profile

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
  • At least 5 years ‘on the job’ experience in corporate finance, private equity, M&A, or similar environment.
  • Relevant experience in deal-making, knowledge of corporate finance techniques (valuation, budgeting).
  • Results-driven attitude combined with strong analytical skills.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and have an excellent knowledge of French and English (written and spoken),
  • A team player with business development ambition.
  • Flexibility, proactive approach and reliability.
  • Strong understanding of Excel and the Office suite is a must.
  • Being familiar with financial databases such as Refinitiv or BelFirst is a plus.
