Role Overview

A leading logistics company is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to develop and scale AI solutions that improve planning, automation, and operational efficiency. You will work closely with data teams and operational stakeholders to deliver high-impact, production-ready AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI/ML models for logistics optimisation (forecasting, routing, automation).
• Develop scalable pipelines and model-serving infrastructure.
• Collaborate with data scientists to industrialise models.
• Translate business needs into technical AI solutions.
• Integrate AI systems into existing logistics applications and workflows.
• Ensure quality, monitoring, and continuous improvement of deployed models.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Strong Python and cloud experience (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Experience with MLOps, pipelines, CI/CD, APIs.
• Background in optimisation, forecasting, or operational AI is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with business stakeholders.
• Dutch speaking.
