In view of the company's continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their team with a: Production Manager As Production Manager, you are a crucial link in achieving the company's objectives. You are responsible for the entire production process and ensure the efficient use of people, resources, and processes. You not only think strategically about efficiency, quality, and process improvements but are also highly present on the shop floor. As Production Manager, you report directly to the Engineering Manager. Your responsibilities include: Ensuring efficient and effective production processes with attention to quality, safety, cost efficiency, and delivery reliability. Preparing production planning together with the Project Managers. Being present daily on the shop floor, managing team leaders, and supporting them in coaching employees. Monitoring production and performance targets based on predefined KPIs. Optimizing internal processes and ensuring order, cleanliness, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Working closely with other departments (engineering, purchasing, etc.) and communicating smoothly with fellow managers. Organizing annual evaluation meetings and encouraging employee development. Education & Experience: You hold a degree in electromechanics, electricity, or equivalent through experience. You have experience in a leadership role within a production environment, preferably in a technical context. You have a strong affinity with technical products and production processes. You can read and interpret 2D and 3D plans. You have an excellent command of Dutch. Knowledge of other languages is an asset. Competencies & Skills: You are a coaching leader and manage your team with a results-oriented approach. You combine strategic insight with a hands-on mentality and operational involvement. You have strong analytical skills. You are decisive and solution-oriented. You are good at planning and organizing and work in an orderly manner. You communicate openly, clearly, and constructively.
