HR Business Analyst – Brussels (Hybrid, 3 days remote)

Are you a skilled HR Business Analyst with experience in SAP HR environments who enjoys optimising HR processes, shaping functional requirements, and supporting transformation projects? Do you thrive in Agile teams and want to contribute to a large-scale HR modernisation programme? Then this could be the ideal assignment for you.


Amoria Bond is currently recruiting an HR Business Analyst to strengthen a dedicated SAP HR+ team within a major Brussels-based organisation. The environment is transitioning toward a modern, product-driven model using S/4HANA, Fiori-first UX, and a planned migration to a private cloud by 2027.


Your responsibilities will include:

• Analysing and optimising HR processes across the organisation

• Translating requirements into user stories, test scenarios, and functional documentation

• Providing 2nd line support, primarily within Fiori applications

• Identifying bugs and proposing functional or technical solutions

• Collaborating with HR and IT teams across Belgium and Germany

• Advising the Product Owner on priorities and process improvements

• Contributing to reports and data analysis initiatives

• Supporting the HR+ team within an Agile/SCRUM environment


Skills & experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Business Analyst

• Knowledge of S/4HANA, SAP HR (OM/PA), Fiori is a strong plus

• Strong analytical skills with a proactive, hands-on approach

• Fluent in English plus Dutch/French/German

• Experience with BPMN / UML is an advantage

• Familiarity working in Agile/SCRUM environments

• End date: 31/12/2026

• Work regime: Full-time

• Hybrid: 3 days remote per week

• Occasional business travel to Berlin
