Description :

The AI analyst plays a key role in identifying and implementing artificial intelligence-based solutions within the IT department and other municipal services. They analyze needs, explore opportunities offered by AI, and support the implementation of innovative and effective solutions, while respecting IT infrastructure, security, and applicable regulations.

Missions and responsibilities

• Needs analysis: Identify and analyze the requests and needs of the IT department as well as other municipal services in terms of AI and data analysis.
• AI solution proposal: Study the opportunities offered by AI and formulate innovative solutions adapted to the needs of the city.
• Use case development: Develop concrete use cases to test and implement AI applications within municipal services.
• Technical feasibility: Propose AI solutions taking into account the existing IT infrastructure, network environment and technological constraints.
• Collaboration with the DPO and the CISO: Discuss proposed solutions with the Data Protection Officer (DPO) and the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to ensure compliance of AI applications with data protection and security standards.
• Project coordination: Supervise developers, manage the backlog and define priorities in collaboration with the development team.
• AI promotion and awareness: Actively promote AI within the organization and organize awareness sessions for employees and stakeholders.
• Training and support: Prepare and deliver training to users to help them adopt AI solutions.
• Change management: Supporting change at all levels of the organization to ensure a smooth integration of AI solutions.
