We are looking for a Customer Manager to strengthen our Services & Support team in Belgium.

In this role, you will play a key role in onboarding and supporting our customers to ensure the success and efficient use of EMAsphere.

As a Customer Manager, you will:

  • Implement EMAsphere for our customers: analyse their situation, understand their needs, design and configure the best setup for them.
  • Train and empower users: help customers become confident EMAsphere experts and create high-quality documentation.
  • Support the sales ecosystem: contribute to pre-sales activities with demonstrations, expertise and product positioning.
  • Enhance the product: collaborate with our Product & Development teams by sharing insights from the field and improvement ideas.

You are the trusted partner of our customers — ensuring a smooth adoption, strong usage and overall satisfaction.


About you

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Engineering, or similar
  • Experience: 0 to 3+ years in financial software implementation, consulting, controlling, reporting or financial analysis
  • Languages: Dutch + English (professional level)
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and pedagogy
  • Ability to translate financial needs into technical solutions
  • Attitude:
  • Customer-centric, positive and proactive
  • A real team player but also comfortable working independently
  • Curious about technology and innovation
