Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a Sourcing Lead with experience in the food retail or FMCG sector to drive the selection, negotiation, and management of suppliers across various product categories. The goal is to strengthen supplier relationships, reduce dependency risks, and optimize costs, margins, and product availability.

• Lead procurement processes, including local and international tenders, to secure competitive pricing, high-quality products, and reliable service.
• Identify, assess, and maintain relationships with suppliers while ensuring adherence to quality, sustainability, and performance standards.
• Track market trends, monitor raw material developments, and evaluate supplier capabilities to mitigate risks and uncover opportunities.
• Design and implement sourcing strategies, annual plans, and operational procedures aligned with long-term business goals.
• Produce regular reports, analyze performance data, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

What we expect from you:

• 2-6 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management in the retail or FMCG sector.
• Demonstrated expertise in negotiation and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Knowledge of production processes, supply chains, and international quality standards.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in English and either French OR Dutch.
