The Job
- As Service Delivery manager you will, together with your colleagues, be responsible for the delivery of different services and solutions to the customer.
- You will be the link between the different teams (technical and functional consultants, development, infrastructure, sales, etc) and the customer to make sure that their needs are being met.
- You can understand the business requirements of the customer and challenge the different teams on the proposed solution.
- During the recurring service reviews and operational meetings with the customer, you will report on the status of various SLAs, requests, and budgets.
- You will collaborate with the other Service Delivery Manager(s) to elevate our service management to the next level.
What we’re looking for:
- You have at least 2-3 years experience in a Service Delivery role or a similar ITIL minded role (exp with Incident Management, Problem Management, etc…).
- You are a bridge builder, you connect the different teams internally but also with the customer to go for 1 common goal.
- You are quality driven, have strong communication skills and an out of the box thinker.
- Managing change and priorities is something that comes natural to you.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, good knowledge of French
- Previous SAP experience and ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
