Digital Transformation Specialist

Business Analysis Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients in Brussels by applying their expertise in digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, and document business, stakeholder, solution, and transition requirements.


• Communicate with the business to gather needs and identify impacts on existing processes.


• Collaborate with IT architects and stakeholders to define solutions.


• Develop and execute test cases to validate deliveries and support the Business Key User for acceptance tests.


• Ensure all required documentation is up-to-date before going live.


• Maintain follow-up of business procedures to comply with head office policies.


• Work closely with project teams to identify and design adaptations to existing or future systems.


• Collaborate with Data Architects to build and maintain the Business Information Model.


• Proactively identify necessary changes to align with business strategy.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Modelling techniques and methods (e.g., BPMN, UML)


• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders


• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis


• Excellent analytical skills; data analysis and mapping a plus


• Working experience in agile environments
