Support Engineer

We’re looking for an IT Support Engineer to strengthen our internal IT operations at our headquarters in Leuven. In this role, you’ll assist employees with day-to-day technical challenges, manage support tickets, and help identify opportunities for automation and optimization. You’ll play a key role in keeping our internal systems stable and efficient.


Your responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve IT support tickets through our internal ticketing system.
  • Provide first-line technical assistance to colleagues.
  • Spot opportunities to streamline processes and automate recurring tasks.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding for new and departing team members.
  • Work closely with the internal IT team to continuously refine and improve operations.


What you bring


  • An IT-related education (e.g., a bachelor’s degree in applied computer science) or relevant experience in an IT support role.
  • A genuine interest in technology and helping colleagues solve problems.
  • A structured and proactive approach to managing tasks and follow-ups.
  • Interest in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell).
  • Experience with — or eagerness to learn — Microsoft technologies such as Azure, EntraID, IAM, SSO, or APIs.
  • Clear, friendly, and professional communication skills.
