Our telecoms client is seeing a Project Coordinator to lead and supervise their team of negotiator and act as the central link between Estates and internal stakeholders.
Please note that this is a contract/freelance position for 12 months initially with long term extensions.
Profile & Required Skills:
- Strong background in lease administration, property management and acquisitions.
- Proven experience supervising or leading teams
- Ability to review, interpret, and manage lease contracts and legal documentation.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with property databases
- Problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude.
- Fluency in English, French and Dutch required
Key Responsibilities:
Lease Renewals & Ground Lease Buy-Outs
- Supervise and guide Negotiators by assigning sites, tracking progress, and ensuring quality outputs.
- Act as the first point of contact for negotiators regarding lease-related questions, filtering and validating responses before wider circulation.
- Supporting the Estates Project Manager in planning, monitoring, and reporting on lease renewals and GLBO cases.
- Identify and escalate risk leases early, ensuring stakeholders are informed and mitigation plans are in place.
Estates Projects Coordination
- Follow, enforce, and improve Estates project processes; ensure proper integration into delivery
- Ensure useful, audit-ready data is captured in the databases and shared drives
- Lead negotiators towards key deliverables and deadlines, ensuring progress on replacements, new sites, Colocations and moves
- Track end-to-end processes and coordinate all approvals
- Support due diligence on new M&A opportunities
- Drive all lease reviews in the Opex reduction program
Data, Documentation & Transition
- Validate, integrate, and manage transition data across internal systems.
- Ensure documentation, version control, and archiving procedures are consistently applied.
- Prepare lease packages, addenda, and supporting documents for both internal stakeholders and external partners.
Property Management Support
- Act as the first point of contact for landlords and tenants, handling site-related requests and activities on site.
- Assist with lease administration, including rent adjustments, addenda, and terminations.
- Coordinate site inspections, handovers, and relocation processes.
