React Developer

Experience Required

• 8+ years of relevant development experience
• Strong mindset as a Software Craftsman — writing clean, maintainable, and high-quality code
• Deep understanding of Core JavaScript and modern development standards
• Proven hands-on experience with React, including reusable components, hooks, and state management
• Strong understanding of clean code, refactoring, design patterns, and SOLID principles
• Practical experience with TDD using Jest and React Testing Library
• Experience with Git and version control best practices
• Ability to work collaboratively in Agile/Scrum squads
• Experience integrating APIs and working with external data sources
• Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with DevOps mindset: building, deploying, monitoring, and maintaining applications
• Strong communication skills, willingness to pair-program, and active knowledge sharing
• Open mindset, adaptability, and ability to challenge requirements when needed
• Education: Bachelor/Master or equivalent experience
• Nice to have: Java, Spring Framework, Maven, databases

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business and functional requirements into high-quality, production-ready code
• Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and scalable web applications
• Develop primarily on the front-end with React (main focus of the role)
• Contribute to back-end development using Java & Spring when needed
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary Agile squads (developers, analysts, testers, architects)
• Integrate applications with APIs and external data sources
• Ensure best-in-class application quality, performance, and responsiveness
• Apply development best practices including clean code, TDD, refactoring, and SOLID
• Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and implement robust fixes
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement of team workflows and engineering standards
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, knowledge-sharing sessions, and Agile ceremonies
• Take ownership of both Dev and Ops tasks to support E2E feature delivery
• Support the squad in delivering features across mobile, web, and backend systems
