We are looking for a Business Analyst for one of our clients based in Brussels : Main Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Prepare functional specifications and related documentation. Contribute to the design and improvement of business processes. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements. Prepare and facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders. Monitor development progress and perform functional testing. Support change management and user training. Profile Requirements 2 to 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus. Experience with analysis and modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, UML). Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Professional proficiency in English, Dutch and French.
