🎯 Your Role

The Research & Planning Specialist (Automotive) supports product strategy and development by conducting comprehensive research, analyzing market and user needs, and assisting in concept planning. This role also provides administrative support to ensure smooth departmental operations. Strong English communication skills and prior experience in the automotive industry are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

Research & Analysis

• Conduct market research to support product and business decision-making
• Perform user research to understand customer needs and behaviors
• Analyze technical trends to identify innovation opportunities and risks
• Research industry regulations and compliance requirements
• Study competitors’ products, features, and market strategies
• Carry out UX/UI research to support design and usability improvements

Planning & Concept Development

• Participate in production concept planning
• Contribute creative ideas to product and promotion concepts

Administrative Support

• Prepare materials and documentation for meetings
• Print, organize, and distribute departmental materials
• Coordinate scheduling and assist with general administrative tasks

👤 Who We’re Looking For

• Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Experience in the automotive industry or strong understanding of automotive products and market trends
• Proficiency in customer surveys, competitor analysis, and data analytics
• Ability to plan and develop product ideas
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and teamwork abilities
• Skills in scheduling, budgeting, and performance evaluation
• Solid understanding of UX principles and UI design best practices
