About the Role

Join an innovative project shaping the future of GIS operations! As a GIS Data Specialist, you will lead the intelligence ecosystem, manage data workflows and drive product development for 3D subsurface modeling and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and backlog for subsurface intelligence
• Design and manage structured geotechnical and environmental data models
• Coordinate implementation of 3D modeling and visualization tools
• Ensure data governance, integration, and accessibility
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor/Master in Geology, Geotechnics, Applied Geosciences, or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in data management, geotechnical research, or GIS projects
• Strong knowledge of SQL, GIS tools (ArcGIS/QGIS), and 3D visualization
• Excellent communication skills (Dutch/English)

Nice to Have

• Experience with 3D geological modeling software
• Knowledge of groundwater and contamination modeling
• Affinity with AI/ML and cloud platforms
