Lead and facilitate the Demand Planning and Market IBP process, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Utilize statistical demand forecasting techniques to analyze market demand and finalize consensus forecasts, considering historical data and market trends.
Coordinate with internal buyers in maintaining and increasing the inventory to 3 months or agreed upon duration
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support on time product launches and ensure seamless integration of product portfolio into the supply chain
Foster effective communication and collaboration with regional and market supply chain partners, commercial marketers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction
Develop and execute an optimal supply plan to meet business targets while optimizing inventory levels and minimizing carrying costs. Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the supply chain process
