Employee Central Lead Consultant (Dutch-speaking)

We are seeking a Dutch-speaking SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead Consultant to join a major Employee Central implementation programme already in progress. This is a senior, hands-on role with clear ownership of the EC workstream and long-term visibility on a multi-year transformation.
You will step into an active programme where workshops have already started, taking responsibility for leading design sessions, driving configuration quality, and acting as the main Employee Central point of contact.
Role overview
As Employee Central Lead Consultant, you will combine hands-on configuration with workstream leadership. You will guide the solution design, coordinate delivery activities, and work closely with both the customer and internal consultants to ensure a successful EC implementation.
Key responsibilities
• Lead and facilitate Employee Central workshops and design sessions
• Own and deliver complex Employee Central configuration
• Guide and support other EC consultants
• Coordinate EC deliverables, testing, and validation
• Act as the single point of contact for Employee Central topics
• Contribute to a long-term Employee Central transformation programme

Required experience
• Strong experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Recent, hands-on EC configuration experience
• Proven ability to lead workshops and customer discussions
• Solid understanding of EC data models and HR core processes
• Dutch language proficiency is mandatory
Nice to have
• Experience in complex transformation programmes
• Background in public-sector or regulated environments
• Previous EC Lead or workstream lead experience
