Mechanical Design Engineer – Motorsport (Ghent)

We are a motorsport engineering company based in Ghent, specialising in the design and development of high-performance suspension systems and gearboxes for rally cars. We are looking for a driven Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team and contribute directly to competition-winning hardware.

The Role

• Design and develop suspension and drivetrain components for rally applications
• Create detailed CAD models, drawings, and technical documentation
• Work closely with manufacturing, assembly, and track-side teams
• Support testing, data-driven iteration, and continuous performance improvement

Your Profile

• Degree or equivalent experience in mechanical engineering or mechanical design
• Strong CAD skills (e.g. SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, or similar)
• Solid understanding of materials, machining, tolerances, and high-load components
• Passion for motorsport and performance-driven engineering
• Hands-on, detail-focused, and comfortable working to tight deadlines
