Hays IT is assisting a leading Telecom company in their search for a freelance Functional Analyst. This role will involve working with the Product Journey Tribe to analyze and improve processes.

We are seeking an experienced Functional/Process Analyst to join our team as a bridge between business and technical teams. The ideal candidate has strong data-driven decision-making skills combined with functional/process analysis expertise, particularly in the Telecom industry.
The successful candidate should have minimum of 5-6 years' experience working in a similar capacity, ideally within the same sector.
