Job Description:

• Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor progress, track team metrics, and ensure transparency through regular reporting.
• Foster collaboration between technical teams, product owners, and stakeholders.

You will work with stakeholders to gather analytical requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables. Your strong communication skills will enable you to explain complex insights in business language while maintaining excellent facilitation skills for effective stakeholder management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 
1. A minimum of 4 years' experience in functional or business analysis

 
2. Good knowledge of Agile methodology principles including Kanban boards
