About the Role


Nalys is proud to support one oh his partners, a leading international pharmaceutical organisation, in recruiting a Quality Management Systems Manager for their site based near Brussels.

In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the Pharmaceutical Quality Systems to ensure regulatory compliance, product quality, and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities


  • Implement, maintain, and continuously improve all PQS processes
  • Ensure systems are effective, robust, practical, and agile to support site and customer needs
  • Contribute to overall product quality, customer satisfaction, and site compliance
  • Ensure adherence to GMP and data integrity requirements
  • Provide comprehensive training on PQS processes to all relevant site personnel
  • Monitor and report adherence at team, site leadership, and corporate levels
  • Prepare the site for regulatory authority inspections and customer audits
  • Lead or support audit preparation, hosting, responses, and CAPA follow-up
  • Manage and coach a team
  • Conduct regular team meetings, provide feedback, and ensure people development
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders
  • Align quality processes with business goals
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for all PQS processes.


Qualifications & Profile


  • You hold a Master’s degree
  • You have a minimum of 8 years in quality or regulatory roles
  • You are experienced in Pharma or Medical Devices
  • You communicate fluently in both French and English
  • Excellent understanding of ISO 9000 and pharmaceutical product lifecycle
  • You are a good communicator, influencing, and coaching
  • you have a data-driven mindset with ability to visualize and interpret performance data
  • Continuous improvement mindset (TQM mentality)
  • You have a strong sense of accountability, purpose, and business orientation.
