🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Process Manager – IT Asset Management

🌟 Your Role

As a Senior Process Manager, you bring 5+ years of experience in describing, optimizing, and documenting business processes. You will play a key role in strengthening our IT Asset Management capabilities and driving process maturity across the organization.

You will:

• Act as a bridge between ICT and business, working closely with Product Owners 🤝
• Contribute to and implement new features in a project-based approach
• Design, optimize, and maintain end-to-end process flows
• Ensure clear, structured, and up-to-date documentation
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including architects and risk functions
• Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement 🚀

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Analyse existing processes and guide stakeholders toward efficient, automated, and compliant-by-design solutions
• Facilitate and guide workshops with stakeholders
• Document processes using Visio and maintain traceability of decisions and actions
• Gather and incorporate stakeholder feedback
• Support problem-solving initiatives with a strong end-to-end process focus
• Coordinate with other IT Process Managers to ensure integration and standardization (e.g. incident, change, request management)
• Perform root cause analyses and define corrective actions
• Contribute actively to change management activities

🛠 Tools & Technologies

• JIRA, Confluence, Office 365 – collaboration & documentation
• Visio – process documentation

Nice to have:

• ServiceNow – asset & configuration management
• TRAcIT – governance & compliance support

Experience & Competences:

• 5+ years as a Process Manager (Asset Management experience is a strong plus)
