Lean Lead – Allison Transmission Brugge

Ben jij een gedreven Lean-expert die impact wil maken? Allison Transmission- voorheen Dana- zoekt een Lean Lead om onze cultuur van continue verbetering verder uit te bouwen.

Jij bent de motor achter Operational Excellence en Lean-transformatie in onze fabriek.

Wat ga je doen?

✔ Ontwikkelen en implementeren van het Lean Operating System

✔ Leiding geven aan Lean- en CI-projecten en kostenreductie-initiatieven

✔ Organiseren van Kaizen-workshops en verbeterprojecten

✔ Teams trainen in Lean-tools zoals 5S, VSM, TPM, Poka Yoke

✔ Uitvoeren van assessments en opstellen van verbeterplannen

Jouw profiel:

✔ Bachelor of gelijkwaardig, bij voorkeur productieomgeving

✔ Min. 5 jaar ervaring als Lean/6Sigma-leider

✔ Sterk in Lean-methodologie en verandermanagement

✔ Vloeiend Nederlands & Engels

Lean Lead – Allison Transmission Bruges

Are you a passionate Lean expert ready to make an impact? Allison Transmission is looking for a Lean Lead to strengthen our culture of continuous improvement. You will drive Operational Excellence and Lean transformation in our plant.

Your role:

✔ Develop and implement the Lean Operating System

✔ Lead Lean and CI projects and cost reduction initiatives

✔ Organize Kaizen workshops and improvement projects

✔ Train teams in Lean tools like 5S, VSM, TPM, Poka Yoke

✔ Perform assessments and create improvement plans

Your profile:

✔ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in manufacturing

✔ Minimum 5 years of experience as Lean/6Sigma leader

✔ Strong in Lean methodology and change management

✔ Fluent in Dutch & English
