#Your function

In the antitrust practice of our client, teams advise leading international clients on complex and often precedent-setting competition law matters. As Senior Expert EU Antitrust, you will strengthen the practice by combining deep legal expertise with knowledge development, training and market-facing initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Closely monitoring and analysing EU and global antitrust legal and regulatory developments
• Assessing the relevance and implications of new developments for lawyers and clients
• Developing, maintaining and updating internal know-how, precedents and practice materials
• Producing client-facing publications and contributing to antitrust thought leadership
• Designing and delivering internal and external trainings, workshops and webinars
• Acting as an internal point of contact for antitrust-related knowledge and insights
• Working closely with Business Development on EU-focused and international initiatives
• Supporting antitrust teams across EU offices and the wider international network
• Contributing to legal tech and innovation projects within the practice
• Building and maintaining relationships with relevant external institutions and stakeholders

#Your profile

• Qualified lawyer in the EU or the UK
• Min 7y of experience in antitrust or competition law in a law firm
• Strong technical expertise in EU antitrust, with awareness of global and regional developments
• Excellent academic credentials
• Self-starter with a strong interest in building, sharing and applying knowledge
• Experience working with senior stakeholders in a complex international environment
• Strong commercial awareness and pragmatic mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Very good command of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
• Native or near-native English
