About the Role

We are looking for Field Service Engineers to join our Field Service Marine Department in Antwerpen. In this role, you will work worldwide to perform maintenance and repair activities on 4-stroke engines, lead service teams, and ensure optimal performance for our clients. This is a dynamic position requiring flexibility, technical expertise, and a maritime background.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all types of maintenance: planned, unplanned, preventive, and troubleshooting.
• Lead service technicians during commissioning, performance tests, and root cause analysis.
• Assist in preventive vibration measurement and analysis.
• Install, implement, and troubleshoot field services for 4-stroke engines.
• Identify spare parts requirements and analyze maintenance data for improvements.
• Deliver operational support across all project stages.

Requirements

• Driver’s license B
• Residence in Antwerpen area (local Belgium candidates only).
• Knowledge of 4-stroke engines and maritime background.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Flexible to work worldwide, including weekends and extended assignments.
