Key Responsibilities
- Ensure application and service referentials are accurate, up to date, and consistently maintained across the Tribe
- Ensure services are properly documented, enabling squads to focus on delivering customer value
- Lead and coordinate major incidents and crisis situations, including participation in crisis calls
- Ensure rapid service restoration with minimal business impact and manage customer communications on digital channels
- Perform root cause analysis and follow up on structural corrective actions
- Define and maintain disaster recovery scenarios and participate in annual bank-wide disaster recovery exercises
- Collaborate closely with Security CoE teams to manage risks, audit recommendations, control plans, and application vulnerabilities
- Ensure timely remediation of security threats and maintain strong alignment with cybersecurity and compliance requirements
- Provide regular progress updates and reporting to stakeholders
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT risk, operations, or digital environments
- Strong exposure to digital security, risk, process, and asset management
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Hands-on experience with BNPP Fortis tools such as Archer and/or ServiceNow
- Strong stakeholder management, reporting, and communication skills
- Good understanding of the BNP Paribas Fortis IT landscape
