Senior Data Engineer - MS Fabric

Ready to shape a modern data platform from the ground up and leave a lasting footprint? We’re kicking off an exciting journey with Microsoft Fabric and are looking for a senior, hands-on Data Engineer to take the lead 💡.

In this role, you won’t just design — you’ll build, implement, coach, and inspire. You’ll be the driving force behind the Fabric implementation, setting best practices, creating a solid foundation, and transferring your knowledge to an internal data team so they can confidently take ownership long term.

What you’ll be doing 🛠️

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Fabric, from initial setup to production-ready solutions
• Design and build a Medallion Architecture following industry best practices
• Develop scalable and reliable data pipelines using Python notebooks and Fabric Data Engineering tools
• Embed Power BI DevOps practices into the data development lifecycle
• Deliver hands-on coaching, workshops, and training sessions to upskill the internal team
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and ensure a smooth knowledge handover

• Proven experience implementing Microsoft Fabric in real production environments
• Strong background in data engineering, medallion architectures, and modern data platforms
• Solid skills in Python, notebooks, and data pipeline development
• Familiarity with Power BI and DevOps practices
• Excellent communication skills — you enjoy explaining complex topics in a clear, human way
