Process Manager β IT Asset Management (Contract)

π 11+ Month Contract | π’ Hybrid: 2β3 days onsite per week
We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Process Manager to strengthen IT Asset Management capabilities within a leading organisation in the banking sector. In this role, you will be at the forefront of transforming asset management processes, driving efficiency through analysis, automation, and continuous improvement.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including system architects and platform teams, to design and optimise end-to-end processes that align with architectural and governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse existing processes and guide stakeholders towards efficient, automated, and compliant-by-design solutions
- Facilitate and lead workshops with business and IT stakeholders
- Document processes using Visio, ensuring traceability of decisions and actions
- Gather and incorporate stakeholder feedback
- Support problem-solving initiatives with a strong focus on end-to-end process quality
- Coordinate with other IT Process Managers to ensure integration and standardisation across related processes (e.g. incident, change, request management)
- Perform root cause analysis and define remedial actions where issues arise
- Contribute to change management activities
Tools & Technologies
Essential:
- JIRA, Confluence, Office 365 (collaboration and documentation)
- Visio (process modelling)
Nice to have:
- ServiceNow (asset and configuration management)
- TRAcIT or similar governance and compliance tooling
Your Profile
- 5+ yearsβ experience as a Process Manager, ideally within IT Asset Management
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Dynamic, results-driven, and comfortable working in complex environments
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
- Quick to understand new domains and eager to learn
- Able to translate complex topics into clear, simple messages
- A collaborative team player
