As a vital member of our Laboratory Support Team, you’ll help ensure our labs are clean, sterile, and fully prepared for high-quality research. With a keen eye for detail, you’ll assist lab technicians by setting up workstations, organizing materials, and handling tools—all while adhering strictly to laboratory protocols.

Our client, a biotech company located in Zwijnaarde, is a global leader in biotechnology, pioneering the introduction of innovative CAR-T cell therapy to Ghent. By doing so, the company makes a daily difference in the lives of countless patients suffering from cancer and other life-threatening diseases.

• Work in a shift regime, while being comfortable rotating across all 8 possible shifts:
• 6:00 – 16:00, 07:00-17:00, 08:00-18:00, 09:00-19:00, 10:00 – 20:00, 12:00 – 22:00, 14:00 – 00:00, 16:00 – 02:00.
• After six months, depending on your performance, the opportunity for a permanent contract , including group and health insurance and other benefits.
