Who we’re looking for

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gent,

• 3+ years of full-stack experience
• Strong opinions, loosely held: you care more about shipping value than being right
• Experience with modern frameworks like React and TypeScript
• Solid backend experience with Node.js and API design
• Strong product sense and eye for UX
• Extensive experience with AI-assisted coding
• Startup mindset: comfortable moving fast with incomplete information
