🎯 Your Mission

• Ensure continuity within procurement operations
• Bring structure, clarity, and process discipline to procurement activities
• Support compliance initiatives (incl. NIS2-related topics)
• Contribute to procurement reporting and KPI development

🛠️ What You’ll Do

Operational & Tactical Procurement

• Manage procurement dossiers across multiple categories and suppliers
• Support supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management
• Execute RFPs, RFQs & RFIs
• Monitor supplier performance and relationships

Processes & Governance

• Develop practical procedures, templates & checklists 📑
• Support governance and compliance initiatives
• Ensure knowledge transfer and documentation

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a trusted partner for internal stakeholders 🤝
• Translate business needs into market solutions
• Communicate professionally with suppliers

Reporting & KPIs

• Support procurement reporting 📊
• Help define procurement KPIs (spend, supplier performance, contract status)

👤 Who We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Senior Buyer or interim procurement consultant
• Strong background in operational & tactical procurement
• Hands-on, structured, and pragmatic
• Affinity with compliance environments (NIS2, ISO, audits = plus ✅)
• Experience with procurement reporting & KPIs
• Independent, proactive, and quickly deployable
• Strong stakeholder & supplier management skills
• Fluent in Dutch, French & English 🌍
