Role & Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust data infrastructures and pipelines across multiple projects.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, BI specialists, and other stakeholders to improve efficiency and scalability of data processing.
• Actively contribute to discussions around data capture strategies, KPIs, and metrics definition.
• Evaluate, select, and implement new data processing technologies, ensuring secure handling of highly sensitive data.
• Communicate proactively with project teams to support effective decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.
• Mentor and support junior team members in their day-to-day activities.
• Manage multiple complex projects in parallel, demonstrating leadership, coaching, and ownership.
• Leverage enterprise data and knowledge to help clients evolve into insight-driven organisations, covering the full data lifecycle: data architecture, business intelligence, machine learning, data science, visualization, and reporting.
• Enable business growth for top-tier clients by delivering high-quality, data-driven solutions that create meaningful experiences for employees and customers.
• Apply your expertise to contribute to the successful delivery of client projects and long-term partnerships.

About You

• Master’s degree in IT, (Business) Engineering, Sciences, or equivalent relevant technical experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data processing and building analytical pipelines for large-scale data, relational databases, and data warehouse solutions.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with cloud platforms is a strong asset.
• Strong interest in both technology and business impact.
• Solid understanding of data modelling and data architecture principles.
• Client-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Flexible, agile, and enthusiastic about collaboration in multidisciplinary teams.
• Analytical, critical thinker with a creative, out-of-the-box approach to problem solving.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French, with a good command of English.
