Health Safety Environment Coordinator

We are looking for HSE Specialist. The role focuses on overseeing all EHS activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining site security while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

• Develop, implement, and drive the Health, Safety, and Environmental strategy.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and European EHS legislation, as well as internal group standards.
• Conduct and oversee risk assessments, audits, incident analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives related to chemical and process safety.
• Manage environmental permits, reporting obligations, ISO 14001 certification, and relations with regulatory authorities.
• Serve as the primary EHS contact internally and externally, coordinating emergency teams, occupational health services, and sector organizations.

What we expect from you:

• Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience, with an officially recognized Safety Prevention Advisor Level 1 certification.
• 5+ years of operational management experience in an industrial or chemical environment.
• Strong knowledge of EHS legislation and regulatory frameworks at regional, national, and European levels.
• Ability to balance safety and environmental priorities with operational and business objectives.
