We’re looking for a Paralegal to strengthen our Operations Team and play a key role in the delivery of our services to clients. This is not a traditional paralegal role – you’ll be at the crossroads of law, technology, and process innovation.

Your Role

As a Paralegal – Legal Operations & Compliance Innovation, you will:

✅ Support client projects and occasionally work directly with clients.

✅ Bridge law & tech: work with off-the-shelf legal tools internally and for clients (contract automation, corporate housekeeping, ...), internal proprietary tools (ClawScan & ABCD), process flow tools (Camunda/Zeebe), and AI-powered assistants to make compliance more actionable.

✅ Collaborate closely with internal “owners” of specific legal or business areas.

✅ Help build and maintain the knowledge resources that power our methodology (policies, registers, toolkits, processes, etc.).

What We’re Looking For      

• Trilingual: French, Dutch, English (spoken & written).
• Legal background (law or paralegal studies).
• Tech-curious mindset – comfortable with modern tools & eager to learn.
• Structured & detail-oriented, able to translate complex requirements into clear resources.
• Proactive & collaborative – you thrive in a small, innovative team.
