SAP Transformation Lead (Sales Experience)


  • Lead end-to-end presales activities for large ERP transformation programs, including discovery workshops, solution design, demos, and RFI/RFP/RFO processes.
  • Shape compelling value propositions and business cases aligned with client strategy and transformation objectives.
  • Drive commercial success, closing large implementation deals and building long-term client relationships focused on value, not body-shopping.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery leadership to ensure a seamless handover from proposal to execution.
  • Provide program governance and oversight across multi-stream ERP implementations, ensuring quality, timelines, and risk mitigation.
  • Engage confidently with C-level and senior stakeholders, aligning ERP strategy with business priorities and managing executive expectations.
  • Develop new offerings, accelerators, and go-to-market propositions to differentiate in a competitive consulting landscape.
  • Contribute to revenue growth, pipeline development, and strategic account expansion.


Requirements

  • 15+ years of ERP experience, preferably SAP, with strong exposure to other Tier-1 ERPs also acceptable.
  • Proven track record in full-cycle ERP implementations for large, complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated presales leadership, including leading discovery sessions, solution demos, and formal bid processes.
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience closing high-value ERP transformation deals.
  • Experience working within Big 4 or large consulting environments, familiar with structured methodologies and global delivery models.
  • Ability to operate across presales and delivery, ensuring commercial commitments translate into successful execution.
  • Strong strategic and stakeholder management skills, comfortable influencing senior executives.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to create and scale new offerings and propositions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of ERP value drivers and transformation benefits; technical depth supports, but does not outweigh, business and commercial leadership.
  • French speaking is mandatory!!!
