Job Description

Medior / Senior Penetration Tester

Location: Belgium, Brussels


Key Responsibilities

Offensive Security & Penetration Testing

  • Perform penetration tests on network, infrastructure, and application environments (external, internal, remote access).
  • Conduct targeted attacks and adversarial simulations, including OSINT, spear phishing, and red team techniques.
  • Identify vulnerabilities, assess risk levels, and validate real-world exploitability.
  • Produce high-quality technical and executive reports with clear, actionable remediation recommendations.
  • Provide strategic security guidance tailored to clients’ maturity levels and operational constraints.

Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

  • Mentor and support junior penetration testers, sharing offensive techniques and best practices.
  • Contribute to the evolution of ’ offensive security methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with internal and external cybersecurity stakeholders to clearly communicate findings and improve overall security posture.

Continuous Learning & Research

  • Stay up to date with emerging attack vectors, vulnerabilities, and exploitation techniques.
  • Participate in internal research, development, and training initiatives to enhance offensive capabilities.
  • Contribute to the cybersecurity community through responsible disclosure, research, and knowledge sharing.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in penetration testing, red teaming, or offensive security.
  • Strong understanding of operating systems, networking, and application-layer security.
  • Hands-on experience with offensive security tools and frameworks such as:
  • Burp Suite, Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, Nmap, netexec, BloodHound
  • Solid scripting skills (e.g. Python, Rust, Bash, PowerShell).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical reporting skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.


Certifications (Preferred)

  • Offensive Security or GIAC certifications, such as:
  • OSCP, OSEP, OSWP, OSCE, OSED, GPEN, or equivalent
  • Participation in CTF competitions, FLARE-ON challenges, or SANS training is highly valued.


Languages

  • English: Professional working proficiency
  • French or Dutch: Full professional or native proficiency
  • Proficiency in both French and Dutch is a strong plus
