We are currently looking for a Building Automation & Electrical Projet Engineer to join our team.

As a Building Automation & Electrical Project Engineer, you’ll manage end-to-end building automation projects, covering electrical systems, instrumentation, and security technologies. You’ll contribute technical expertise within multidisciplinary teams while ensuring compliance, safety, and quality delivery.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead and execute building automation & electrical projects from design to commissioning
• Design electrical and instrumentation solutions in line with standards and regulations
• Manage contractors, suppliers, budgets, and planning
• Oversee safety rules in collaboration with EHS and construction teams
• Provide technical input across HVAC, utilities, and equipment projects
• Support and troubleshoot building security systems (fire, CCTV, access control, etc.)
• Maintain accurate as-built documentation

Your profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Civil, Bio, or Electrical/Electronic)
• Fluent in Dutch & English
• Strong electrical and instrumentation knowledge (EN60204, VSD, Profibus/Profinet)
• PLC/SCADA experience (S7, WinCC, TIA Portal) is a plus
• Experience in GMP / pharmaceutical environments
• Knowledge of validation & risk tools (e.g. FMEA)
• Proactive, communicative, and comfortable working independently and in teams
• Flexibility for occasional shift or weekend work
