Crew Administrator


As a Crew Administrator, you will deliver crewing related administrative support to the entire Crew TeamYour responsibilities
  • Requesting official certificates according to a clearly defined procedure

  • Monitoring and verifying crew certificates and documents

  • Planning of medical  assessments for crew members

  • Contacting crew members (usually in writing, occasionally verbally) regarding the submission of specific documents

  • ​Uploading certificates, documents, etc. into crewing software

Your profile
  • You have an eye for details, you work very precisely

  • You have a good verbal knowledge of Dutch & English

  • You like to work in a Team
