As a Transit Supervisor, you will:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound transport flows.
• Ensure loading and unloading activities run safely and according to plan.
• Manage and check all documentation (CMR, packing lists, customs papers, …).
• Communicate closely with Warehouse, Planning, Customer Service and Quality.
• Lead and motivate your team to create an efficient and accurate flow.
• Step onto the floor yourself when needed — you're not afraid to get hands-on.

In short: you make sure that everything entering or leaving our site is accurate, complete and on time.

• Experience in logistics, preferably within a 3PL environment.
• Affinity with transport handling and understanding of its role in the full supply chain.
• Strong eye for detail and a proactive mindset.
