This role strengthens the ICT Security Governance function of our client by focusing on the
human side of cyber risk
. You will design, implement, and continuously evolve a security awareness and culture program that measurably improves secure behavior across the organization. The position combines analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and change management in a complex, regulated environment with critical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a cyber security ambassador, promoting secure behavior across the organization
- Analyze human-related cyber risks and translate them into actionable awareness and improvement initiatives
- Design, implement, and maintain a multi-year security culture and awareness strategy aligned with business risk and risk appetite
- Develop role-based awareness models for different audiences (executives, managers, engineers, operators, third parties)
- Create and maintain clear processes, procedures, and training materials
- Define measurable objectives and KPIs related to behavior, decision quality, and incident trends
- Report regularly to senior management on security culture maturity and residual human risk
