QA/QC Coordinator – Offshore Infrastructure

About the Project

A groundbreaking artificial energy island is being developed to connect up to
3.5 GW
of offshore wind capacity and serve as a hub for future hybrid interconnectors. This project will play a key role in building a meshed offshore grid and strengthening Europe's energy independence.

Your Role: Quality Officer (Island Package)

As the Quality Officer, you will be the driving force behind all
Quality Assurance & Quality Control
activities within the Island Package. You'll work closely with the package team and act as the central point of contact for all quality‑related topics.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure full implementation of the Project Quality Management System

• Monitor and report on quality performance (internal & external)

• Review and challenge contractor and subcontractor quality documentation

• Participate in internal and external audits

• Support QC activities, non‑conformity follow‑up, and risk management

• Promote a strong quality culture across the project team

What You Bring

• Minimum
5 years of experience
in Quality Management

• Background in
offshore, EPCI, maritime
, or
civil works
(strong plus)

• Technical bachelor/master or equivalent experience

• Strong organisational and document management skills

• Proactive, structured, and detail‑oriented mindset

• Excellent communication skills and a challenger attitude

• Ability to motivate teams around quality topics
