Senior Technical Project Manager


Title: Technical Coordinator / Incident & Problem Manager

Job Description:

The operations that can be carried out in this way range from a simple message sent to colleagues, to a complete search on a person, a place, a company, etc. All this from the visualization of ongoing incidents and the location of intervention units, and many other things.

It is currently managed within the business unit by a team of business analysts. In order to be able to provide more versatile support for our application, we are looking for a coordinator who:

will position himself as a technical manager to support our Business Analysts.

will follow up on tickets related to the application, prioritize them, dispatch them and control their proper execution.

manage incidents (investigate, find the problem, coordinate resolution and communicate if necessary)

planifiera les releases.

Perform compatibility testing between the application and the infrastructure.

will hold regular meetings with the company that develops the software.

will coordinate the interactions between the different DRI departments that have a role to play in the framework
