Job Summary
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives. The role focuses on talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with Indian labour laws while driving a strong people-centric culture.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership
- Partner with business leaders to understand business goals and provide HR solutions.
- Translate business strategy into people initiatives (workforce planning, capability building, org design).
- Act as a change agent during organizational transformations.
Talent Management
- Support hiring strategy, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Drive performance management cycles (goal setting, reviews, ratings, promotions).
- Identify high-potential employees and support leadership development.
Employee Relations
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Promote positive employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Coach managers on people management and employee issues.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Support audits and statutory requirements.
- Guide managers on HR policies and procedures.
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and support learning initiatives.
- Partner with L&D teams to enhance employee capability and productivity.
Compensation & Rewards
- Support annual compensation reviews, incentives, and benchmarking.
- Advise business on pay structures and internal equity.
Data & Analytics
- Use HR metrics and analytics to support decision-making.
- Track attrition, engagement, performance, and workforce trends.
