Job Description: Account Manager and Business Development

Your Role

As an Account Manager and Business Development, you will play a key role in driving business growth by developing client relationships and matching the right IT solutions and services to their needs. This is a commercial role with a strong human dimension, where you will act as a trusted advisor to both clients and partners.

On the Client Side:

  • Proactively prospect and acquire new clients while nurturing long-term business relationships.
  • Identify and analyze client needs, providing tailored IT solutions and strategic advice.
  • Negotiate terms of collaboration and ensure professional follow-up to build client loyalty.

On the Market Side:

  • Act as the main point of contact for IT professionals and partners in the consulting ecosystem.
  • Build a strong network of IT decision-makers and industry specialists.
  • Match business opportunities with the right solutions, always with a long-term vision in mind.
  • Maintain daily contact with key stakeholders in the IT and consulting sectors.

Your Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management and/or business development, preferably within IT consulting.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong commercial mindset with proven ability.
  • Demonstrated \"hunter\" mentality with the ability to work autonomously and drive results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Established professional network within the IT or consulting ecosystem is a strong asset.
  • Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is mandatory.
  • Availability to start within a short timeframe is preferred.
