Inside Sales Coordinator


We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales team in Diegem. In this role, you will handle incoming leads, manage end-to-end sales processes for smaller opportunities, and support the overall growth of our sales pipeline. You will collaborate closely with the Sales Directors, Marketing, and Customer Care teams to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.

What You’ll Do

Process and qualify incoming leads, ensuring proper registration in our CRM tool.

Act as the first point of contact for sales-related questions from customers and prospects.

Manage the full sales cycle for smaller deals, from first contact to signed quotation.

Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns and follow-up actions.

Support the preparation of quotations and coordinate with Sales Representatives when needed.

Contribute to up-selling and cross-selling efforts within existing accounts.

Maintain accurate records of opportunities, quotations, and contracts in the CRM system.

Support larger bids and tenders when required (LME segment).

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Three to five years of experience in sales, preferably within the security or technology sector.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Comfortable working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Team player with strong commercial drive and ability to work independently.
