Role Overview

We are supporting an inbound request for a Senior Solution Architect to provide architectural leadership across Belgium and 1 Nearshore Hub. This contract role is ideal for a seasoned architect with strong stakeholder influence, capable of operating in complex, multi-country environments. Experience within Banking or Financial Services is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end solution architecture leadership across multiple countries
• Define and govern enterprise and solution architectures aligned with business strategy
• Act as a key technical advisor to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Ensure consistency, scalability, and compliance across ASM enterprise solutions
• Collaborate closely with business, delivery, and technology teams in a complex enterprise landscape

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior / Enterprise Solution Architect
• Strong knowledge of ArchiMate
• Solid background in Java-based architectures
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional and multi-country teams
• Experience within Banking or Financial Services (strongly preferred)
• Exposure to domains such as onboarding, mobility, ticketing, and customer lifecycle processes is a plus

Languages

• Dutch or French – required
• Additional languages are a plus

Working Model

• Hybrid setup with 2 days per week onsite in Brussels
